THURSDAY:

9:30 am - 10:30am - Mobility Flow with Connie @ Secret Harbour Surf Club

This class is mostly floor based, with a little standing strength and balance work. The focus is on mobility, stillness and ease of movement. Connie weaves a range of movement modalities into her classes to help people work through injury, illness or simply access fluidity and strength in their bodies.

This class builds on mobility and strength, while encouraging a quiet, introspective mind. Leigh’s movement approach combines traditional and modern Yoga philosophies, somatics, dance and myofascial release to create a deep, slow flow and establish a sense of grounding, freedom and strength in the body.

There are occasions when we are unable to access the surf club for our evening sessions. When viable, we use the upper Sundeck. Please check availability via our Book Now.
