About Us
We’re a local husband and wife team, with two young grommies, who have combined our passions in life, surfing and Yoga. We aim to create opportunities for others to experience the stoke of surfing, the grounding of Yoga and the fulfilment of sharing these within a positive and non-competitive community.
Our vision is simple. Share our inspiration and our enthusiasm. Support and encourage people of all ages to move (physically and mentally) beyond their limitations. Help people create healthy, life-long habits that feed into all areas of their lives. How do we do this? Surf lessons, Surf Education Programs, Yoga workshops and Surf and Yoga retreats locally and to Indonesia (when international travel resumes).
Aaron - I am a qualified Surfing Australia Progression Surf Coach and Smoothstar Surfskate trainer. I absolutely love introducing newbies to the water and also working with people who wish to fine tune their surfing skills. My biggest stoke, is to watch young people make progress in their surfing journey. I work with local schools, provide holiday programs, weekend lessons and coaching for all ages and levels of ability.
Leigh - I am a qualified Yoga teacher (over 350hours), working locally within a range of spaces and with a variety of groups. I offer a range of workshops throughout the year, which are suitable for the absolute beginner, through to intermediate and advanced Yogi’s. I teach children and adults and am available for private tuition to help you gain confidence in your Yoga practice.
Us - Deep within our ethos is a love for nature, a respect for our environment and sustainable living. We love travel, exploring new places or visiting familiar. Food, nutrition and slow living are dear to our hearts, but above all else is family/connection/belonging.
